Served as Vice President of the Manufacturing and Technology Management Research Forum (MTMRF), a student-led organization within the College of Business that provided Ph.D. students with a platform to exchange research ideas, explore career development strategies, and address work–life balance. Assisted in planning and leading research discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, while fostering collaboration among doctoral students and faculty. Contributed to building an academic community that supported scholarly growth in the fields of manufacturing, technology, and management.
