Abstract

As part of a Teaching sport, exercise, and performace psychology topics through reflective activities "Firve for Five" presentation.

This Teaching Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology (SEPP) “5 Slides in 5 Minutes” session will highlight different creative strategies and tools to teach SEPP content through self-reflection, a key skill for students wishing to enter the f ield of SEPP. Six experienced educators will speak for five minutes each - followed by structured opportunity for Q&A - to introduce attendees to a variety of self-reflective activities that can be used in undergraduate or graduate courses and can be modified to teach a variety of other topics as well.
